An estate agent’s first impression often wins the deal and it was with this in mind that Complete brought us on board. The Devon based agency had made a tentative start on their new marketing material, but needed our help to pull together a cohesive look, style and tone.
We took the design to the next level and set the brand guidelines for the agency’s overall style. We tended to the website and print marketing material, writing the copy in plain English, aiming to move away from stereotypical estate agent jargon. A design overhaul saw brochures for each department created, as well as a folder to enclose them in, and adverts and direct mailers restyled.
With the firm rapidly expanding, Complete now has striking and consistent branding. The agency now has a range of marketing material with a contemporary feel, with which they can go forward and make that essential good first impression.
