Brief

We excel at property PR, with years of agency and personal experience in the sector. Luscombe Maye – the so called ‘country living experts’ – had outstanding Devon properties in their portfolio but lacked brand awareness and media coverage outside of advertising. We were tasked with delivering an integrated communications programme of PR, social media and marketing counsel.

Approach

We combined news generation, expert insight, online engagement and an aggressive media relations campaign. We targeted national and regional property pages and supplements, high profile news sites and glossy lifestyle magazines, as well as devising creative and engaging content on social media channels. Our marketing and design activity also gave the firm additional support to drive sales.

Result

Over 75 million people have read about Luscombe Maye properties through the editorial media coverage we achieved. Properties have made headlines in over 40 media titles including The Daily Telegraph, Sunday Times, BBC and Country Living. Our Facebook posts reached 1,425 people daily – a 1,000% increase. And website referrals from social media doubled.
