About This Project


A client of several years, we were excited to help this South West breast cancer charity celebrate its 20th birthday. We were tasked with marking the milestone and building recognition locally through integrated communications activity, combining PR, print marketing, and establishing a social media presence.


To showcase the charity’s astounding achievements to date we designed a new birthday logo, established a Facebook page, created a special-edition newsletter, and undertook a media push. Launched around Primrose Day in April, we brought the original trustees of the foundation together to meet local media and then released a flow of stories and case studies celebrating the charity.


Entering into the world of social media in its 20th year has worked well, with the Facebook page growing at speed and engaging with the right audience. We have generated several double-page spreads in The Herald, celebrating the charity’s big achievements and its vital role in raising awareness and improving local breast cancer services.
