About This Project

Brief

Based in Plymouth but working across the globe, supporting health, humanitarian and emergency response organisations globally, The 625 is a unique consultancy which is quickly building a reputation for being an expert provider.

The strength of the team’s project work is confirmed through the number of referrals received and the business being recommended by others. The outcomes of the training courses and crisis management scenarios also benefit and unite their clients, often overcoming religious and cultural barriers.

We approached their team and offered to work out their organisation’s messaging and re-develop their website to make sure what they do was understood. With Formedia’s copywriting support we were able to convey their services and project work to the UK and International market, in an engaging way.

Approach

Our team had a strong understand of the client’s brief and importantly, it’s ambitions, and we knew we would need careful and targeted keywords and marketing. The 625’s website would attract visitors, from all over the world from governing bodies of developing nations, to big UK organisations and we carefully considered their needs during the planning and design process. We knew the content would need to be profiled in a professional way, and free from controversial imagery or copy.

Our team kicked off with the client defining the core values and objectives and identifying the key messages, so we could draft content for the website. Social media coverage will be the next stage, but the company’s values will be carried over.

The ability to understand and assist humanity is at the heart of this client’s service and with that as part of the brief, our design team got to work using the established brand colours of red and navy to create a visually stunning, sophisticated, and impactful website.

With a large amount of content, controlled by the client via an admin function, including course details, specialisms and projects, the website prioritised the user’s journey, while also catering to slower loading speeds of countries with limited 3G access.

Results

The 625’s team is delighted with its new website and feedback from their clients has been very positive. We can see there is traffic from across the planet and the firm’s consultants have engaged with teams across Africa. We have also added in a section for their latest programme – Teachbox. This simple but clever product now allows medical training, even in remote areas.

Our expert PR team got the tone of voice just right and our designers’ knowledge of the business truly hit the spot with the look.
